Talent Data Changelog
The source and dates behind each class reference. Every published dataset has a traceable build, export snapshot and import record.
/ CLASS PLANNER RELEASE
Hunter and Paladin planners published
Hunter and Paladin now have their own offline calculators, complete rank references, Classic comparison notes and five visible questions each. The home directory lists all three published classes; each calculator only loads its own class data.
- Warrior: 52 talents, 150 rank summaries. Source build 1.60.1.70291, export 2026-10-09, local review 2026-10-13. Class export.
- Hunter: 50 talents, 148 rank summaries. Source build 1.60.1.70291, export 2026-10-09, local review 2026-10-13. Class export.
- Paladin: 50 talents, 138 rank summaries. Source build 1.60.1.70291, export 2026-10-09, local review 2026-10-13. Class export.
Hunter and Paladin class exports match their portions of the combined export. Checks cover all ranks, grid positions, prerequisites, effect-summary numbers and matching local game icons. The shared planner supports same-tier prerequisites, including Holy Shock → Divine Precision. Class codes cannot be loaded on another class page, and existing Warrior codes remain compatible.
This release adds pages and calculator support, not a newer game-data build. The named community snapshot remains 1.60.1.70291; no independent beta-client audit was performed.
/ PAGE STRUCTURE UPDATE
One home for each class planner
The home page now introduces published class calculators. The Warrior page hosts its calculator, complete rank reference and questions together. Existing home-page build links continue to open the same allocation on the Warrior page.
At that stage, the directory listed Warrior only. Hunter and Paladin were added after their datasets and planners passed the checks recorded above.
/ CALCULATOR RELEASE
Offline Warrior build planning
Allocate and share a level-60 build on the Warrior page. The same 52-talent dataset is used by the calculator and its static reference.
- One shared 51-point budget, individual rank caps, 5-point tier gates and fully learned prerequisites.
- Removal checks protect every remaining talent; reset clears all three trees.
- Share links include the dataset version and restore the exact allocation. Invalid or incompatible links are rejected.
- All 35 source-marked changed talents now have specific Classic comparison notes, including wording-only changes and rank-1 differences.
- Five visible Warrior questions match the FAQPage structured data. The Warrior calculator page includes WebApplication markup.
Manual source check on 2026-10-13: the public Warrior export still matches the imported snapshot. The client build remains 1.60.1.70291; adding calculator features does not create a newer game-data version.
/ FIRST DATA RELEASE
Warrior talent dataset imported
52 talents from Talents Forever's community export are now available as a static reference: names, grid positions, rank limits, original effect summaries and prerequisite links.
- Arms: 17 talents
- Fury: 17 talents
- Protection: 18 talents
- All ranks are marked complete and confirmed in the source export.
- The class-specific export and the Warrior portion of the combined export match.
- Local checks cover required fields, unique positions, rank caps, prerequisite references and the numbers in each rewritten rank summary.
- Source status “moved” maps to “same” plus a separate moved flag and a position note.
- Every talent, the Warrior class and each tree now display their matching game icon, served locally from Blizzard media assets.
Warrior exports cross-checked for equality; schema, ranks, prerequisites and paraphrase numbers checked locally. No independent beta-client audit.

Manual, versioned updates
After a source build change, we compare the class and combined exports, verify layout, every rank, prerequisites and icons, and review the rewritten effects and Classic notes. An update is published only after the data checks and calculator tests pass.
The log records the source build, export date and local review date separately. Until that review is complete, the site retains its named snapshot. There is no automatic daily-update promise or independent beta-client audit.
